Services for Issuers

In conjunction with its product offering, Equity IT provides a complete end to end solution in the provision of Tax Statement Data for Warrants with services comprising of the following:

· Software support of TaxTrail© for Issuers.

· Consulting to assess TaxTrail© changes to accommodate new products, corporate actions or changes in legislation.

· TaxTrail© database maintenance and management.

· Periodic (currently annual) production of tax statement data.

· Provision of a Statement Query sheet with Excel versions of Tax Statements. The Query sheet provides a self-service function that enables testing, review and approval of specific, products, warrants, transactions or holders. Once the Excel statements are approved, an output file is created and provided to the selected mail-house for print production and mailing.

· Project management of the printing and mailing of annual tax statements through a third party mail-house.

· General consulting.

 

Services for Wrap Providers

Equity IT provides a complete solution to Wrap Providers including:

· Support of TaxTrail© for Wrap Providers.

· Periodic supply of Tax Statement Data.

· Adjusted data feed from TaxTrail© to accommodate new products, corporate actions or changes in legislation*.

· Data transfer support.

* Note changes might be required by the Wrap Provider in this instance.
